Why haven’t I got a response from my account recovery form that i submitted?

Thanks for your feedback, I understand that you are having trouble on recover your friend's account via the recovery form.

We've been receiving a lot of questions in our community lately that account recovery forms aren't coming as expected.

Rest assured that even if your friend's account cannot be restored, you should get a response.

The community team sent them the question and we received a response from them.

Due to recent system issues that are causing recovery forms to not arrive as expected, these stacked forms are expected to be resolved within a few days.

In fact, some users said they received the long-awaited account recovery results.

Based on June 5th, I personally think they will need another 1 to 2 days to reply these extension form.

My advice is not to resubmit your account recovery form, as the new one will replace the old one unless you get a negative result.

I will keep an eye on the current issue and face this problem hand in hand.

It’s now June 9th and I still haven’t gotten any word or response yet do I send another form or do I still wait?

Not trying to be rude here, but this is getting really ridiculous and frustrating that I haven’t gotten any response yet.

Thank you for keeping yourself in check. I understand how discouraging it is to wait so long and still not get a response.

In fact, we have received news that the problem of the recovery form system failure has been properly resolved, and some community users have replied that they have received the form results.

Let's try to analyze, there are two reasons why you may not receive the recovery form results.

1. The recovery form department ignored your application for some reason, which may be a system problem or human omission.
2. The result has been sent but was not received by you for some reason. The possible reason is that it went into the spam of your mailbox or was not sent successfully due to network fluctuations.

Regardless of the previous results, I suggest you spend some time filling out the form again.

I believe this time you will get a response from them within 24 hours.

Alright I’ve sent another form like you said last night I really hope I get a response like you said. Thanks for all the help though i really appreciate it.
