NEW Outlook (2024) Snooze calendar reminders to "5 minutes before"

On the new version of Outlook, the only snooze options for calendar reminders are 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours. The problem is when the calendar reminder is set to hit a day before the appointment, none of those intervals are enough to get it out of your face for the rest of the day. Is there a way to bring back the 12 hour snooze, and the 5 minutes before snooze, at the least?

Another case of Microsoft and their developers with God complexes who think they know best. Let's get rid of this "New" Outlook all together and go back to the old one that actually worked and everyone liked.

Thank you for taking the time to post Rick (@Rick Carlson1)

I agree with your assessment wholeheartedly and further suggest it is an arrogant organisation that establishes & host a 'community user group' but doesn't interact with it, not even to acknowledge receipt of the feedback posted

If nothing else I find it reassuring that I am not alone in my frustration, so a big 'shout out' thank you for seeing me; to all that have added their voice to me question / request and I'm delighted that although my employer forces me to use micrsofts products, I use Linux, Google / Android and LibreOffice outside of work

Dear MICROSOFT, please bring back the functionality of the flexible Snooze feature. What you implemented in the new Outlook doesn't fit the corporate users needs at all. Thank you.

No, that is not what I am saying. I set Tasks as reminders that sometimes I dismiss right away as it was just a quick reminder, and sometimes I snooze them to come back to at a later date or to just keep as an ongoing reminder. In the old Outlook, the standard snooze options are 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 0.5 days, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 1 week or 2 weeks. The old Outlook also allows you to enter custom snooze time, so you could reset a Task for 8 weeks, or 30 weeks, or however you long you would prefer. The new outlook only allows you to snooze 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. The new version does not allow a user to enter a custom snooze time either. ImageImage

I'm in 100% agreement on this one. I need the ability to snooze notifications/alerts to longer intervals or set a custom interval. The two-hour limit on snooze is laughable. I have notifications scheduled to pop-up as long as 10 days prior to a due date, just so a project is on my radar. Having to snooze the notification every two hours for 10 days is ridiculous. Please restore the ability to snooze for longer intervals or enter a custom value.
