Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I'm not able to understand the reasons to remove longer snoozing times. Could anybody explain them? Thanks!

On the new version of Outlook, the only snooze options for calendar reminders are 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours. The problem is when the calendar reminder is set to hit a day before the appointment, none of those intervals are enough to get it out of your face for the rest of the day. Is there a way to bring back the 12 hour snooze, and the 5 minutes before snooze, at the least?

BTW: it is still possible to get longer snooze times by editing each notification.
If I set a reminder to start investigating a project, or researching a license renewal 4 weeks before the license expires, then the reminder will pop up every 2 hours for the next 4 weeks...is that right?
For an email notification, not for a calendar notification. At least that i have found.
They removed them because their trying to make this outlook as idiot proof as possible with as big buttons and little functionality as possible going the apple route. Its a big downgrade, they point you to their roadmap and its nowhere there and no one gives a human answer.
Fyi the roadmap site https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?&filters= its nowhere there.
We need this back, its a huge downgrade people want to snooze until next day, next week etc. the options old outlook gave were awesome not sure why we have to eat such a big downgrade on such a simple to implement functionality. The variable is already there just extend with the options we had in old outlook. Unfortunately Microsoft is such a big corporate mess I don't think anyone will even see this message for 5-10 years...hope the old outlook stays functional until then.
