I've read everyone's comments and they are so true. I wish I had read them before switching to the "new" Outlook. I just can't believe such basic functions were left out. I've used Outlook for such a long time and I had confidence that the "new" would be okay. I should have done more research because Microsoft has really let us down.

In the old Outlook when I received the email address of a new client in an email I could copy and paste that new address to a new Outlokk email - in New Outlook I cannot - so how do I reply to that new email address as i do not wish to send the contents of the document which provides me with that new email address
