    Copy and then Control + V (to paste) solves the problem until Microsoft shows it actually cares and does the appropriate repair.

    I do think the new outlook is useless without copy and paste. I have a list *removed*. Now that I cannot copy the email address list, I have to type the addresses in one by one.

    At last I have located an easy solution by accident.

    Go to View Settings and select "Compose and reply" , then find "Pop-out settings" and check the box. You will find that all new and reply messages will open in a separate pane and will have the full cut and paste functions on a mouse click as before.

    I did an office update last week and the copy (right click copy) option is now there, as well as the copy to function.

    Hopefully update will sort you out, but yes, it’s been a long time coming …
