Same with me. Very frustrating that MS doesn't enable a menu on the right mouse button for cut and paste in Outlook. Fortunately I can remember the 1990's era method of Ctrl+c for copy and Ctrl+v for paste. Welcome to progress backwards!

I went thru the same thing brother. I was able to add one more step after to copy and paste; then you press CTRL V and your copied file should pope up. Good luck.
ps: why out look is making this harder than it need to be; i spent 2 days and going to Geek and MS to try to find it. Even then they do not know. I found it by accident.
