I want to try the new Outlook, however it is not showing the old emails.

Same here. FFS fix this behavior or I have to switch to another product! I was using Mail for years without problems and now you force switching to this useless peace of ****. Who in the world thinks that hiding old mails is a good idea?!?

SOLVED IT! I had the same problem and tried all the settings here with no success.
Came across this post about Search Folders today and it worked! All my old emails showed up in the new search folder!

I don't understand why they aren't in the Inbox anymore but at least they aren't gone. Hope this helps others.
how do you check the space available for the mailbox ?
looks like on Mac outlook doesn't offer the setting of duration to keep mails in the inbox
I have the same problem.. This is so stupid. How can a multi-billion dollar company NOT be able to support basic email functionality?
I am stuck also with this issue plus many more. I have reverted also to classic. It worked great with all the functions I needed. If It ain't broke DON'T FIX IT!!
