I want to try the new Outlook, however it is not showing the old emails.

That fix appears to be in the context of Outlook Classic (Set objOutlook = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")) not New Outlook for Windows. New Outlook does not support .VBA or OLE automation. I don't think it's attempting to solve the problem many of us are having with New Outlook. Outlook Classic sees my old IMAP emails just fine.
I am having the same issue, it doesn't go back. what is the fix? I am using Mac.
