I want to try the new Outlook, however it is not showing the old emails.
Any help?

For what its worth, I am able to see old emails when I sort by oldest on top. When I sort by newest, that's when all the old ones disappear.
I have the same problem New outlook not showing emails past 17th June can not figure out how to change settings why is this its not helpful when trying to work
I have installed 365 on two computers. One offers me the option to open older emails in Old or New Outlook and all works well. My main system does not! It reverts to 'This file type requires a Microsoft 365 subscription to open. & Promts: Get Microsoft 365.
The support being received is useless - I have been waiting two weeks for a telephone call from technical support.
This is clearly an issue as I'm the 130th person to bring it up safe to assume the is 10x more people that have not sent anything in so how about a solution? I need to few mail from 2008-2009 and 2010-2011 for tax purposes but other than scrolling for a year I can't find any simple way to sort by year..... you know like Gmail and other mail services have!!
I have the same problem. Although the imported email accounts have been added, all the folders are EMPTY !
