New Outlook does not show Old emails

I want to try the new Outlook, however it is not showing the old emails.

Any help?

    I used only 17 % of my 2TB storage. All of a sudden, I cannot see my emails older than six days. Why?

    I have the exact same problem and none of those steps helped me resolved. Have anyone came up with a solution?

    • Check that the mailbox has not run out of storage space. Old emails may not load if no space available.

    Does this line above say that I need to have enough cloud space for all my emails? And the emails are only stored and accessed from Cloud?

    Also how do I check the Storage space? This is what I found.

    • Old emails may be in the Archive folder rather than Inbox. Look in the folder list on the left for Archive. 
            - I don't any of the number of folders that I have in inbox.
    • Try searching for keywords from old emails to see if they will appear in search results.
      • No emails appear in search results.

    I have the same problem.. This is so stupid. How can a multi-billion dollar company NOT be able to support basic email functionality?
