In the outlook search bar "Search <0w>" appears

In the outlook search bar "Search <0w>" appears instead of a plain "Search". The search works fine but this <0W> is annoying. How can I delete it and why it appeared suddenly?

    My release:

    Microsoft Outlook 2019 MSO (Version 2409 Build 16.0.18025.20030) 32 bit . This inside Outlook information button.

    On product information: Version 2409 (build 18025.20104).

    So apparently the build information differs in the two sections...

    My release: Microsoft Outlook 2019 MSO (Version 2409 Build 16.0.18025.20030) 32 bit . This inside Outlook information button.
    On product information: Version 2409 (build 18025.20104). So apparently the build information differs in the two sections...

    Thanks for the heads up. I can confirm that the current MS Office C2R Version 2409 / Build 18025.20104 (rel. 25-Sep-2024) has fixed the issue where the search box in MS Outlook displayed that odd "Search <0w>". From my MS Outlook 2019:

    This agrees with the information posted by Microsoft employee Gabriel Bratton <here> on page 4 of this topic on 16-Aug-2024, who reported that "The fix will go to CC Preview in mid-September and Current Channel production in late September starting with build 18025.20000".
