Hi,

I have a PC with windows 11 and Office 365. I have installed the New Teams on it.
the user cannot create a teams meeting from outlook calendar.

When I looked for the add-in Options>Add-ins, I didnt see the add-in there, not even in the inactive or the disabled.

The add-in is installed when I looked in %AppData\local\microsoft\TeamsMeetingAddin..

I tried to uninstall Teams but again same problem.

I took the plugin from a PC that can launch teams meetings from outlook and put it in the folder of the PC that cant and it worked for a day now its not.

thank you

Can you add a print screen to what you see? I just tried switching to the New Outlook and I see no slider or no indications for Teams.

And as many others have said, we have it in the Old Outlook so it's not a subscription issue

This is what I see. There is only the option for Skype.

Do you have a solution for this in the New Outlook? Like myself, many others are not seeing the MSTeams integration in the NEW outlook.

I see it in the old, so yes I have a subscription. An M365 personal. This is what I see when trying to create a meeitng in the NEW outlook. Only a skype integration.

Some of this may depend on your tenant but with the M365 office client, new Outlook look, and New Teams, Zoom still appears as an add in but Teams Meeting is a slider above the description field. As per some other comments, you do have to get accustomed to the new look of Outlook.

I don't see anything like you do for Teams and not sure what has to be modified in my tenant. I would have thought anyone with M364 personal would see the Teams ad-in as we do in the old one. Only skype for me in the new version.

I've been using the new outlook for a few months, so it's really not a matter of being used to it for me. It's simply missing functionality for me. I'm also missing Schedule Assistant so lots is missing.
