All sorted, on the apps there is an App for each outlook, one is for classic and the other for new outlook for 365, i deleted the App for new outlook and reinstalled, now the outlook appears as classic outlook when opening up outlook, beforehand when it was on new outlook when switching to classic outlook it would not save the changes, dunno why they ever devised this new outlook as it is horrible and not user friendly as there is little options as compared to classic outlook

    Thanks All xxxxx

    Hi Elsie,

Sure, i'll be glad to help. In the new outlook mail, at top right hand corner you will see Settings.

    1. Click Settings.
    2. You will then see Account, General, etc. Click"General"
    3. At bottom of second row, you will see "About Outlook. " Click on it.
    4. Then you will see at bottom of third row, "Open Mail Now." click on thiat.
    5. Microsoft feedback will pop up, Click "Skip Feedback." and wait for old outlook mail to open.

Hope this helps you. Sadly, if you don't keep your page minimized, it will automatically go back to new fromat again, and you will have to repeat the above steps each time.
