Is the option to add a signature to a calendar invite gone?

I just updated to the newest Outlook version, and now when I create a calendar or meeting invite, there is not "insert" tab where I can select to add my signature. Am I missing something? I have spent all day trying to figure this out. I do not want to manual type or copy and paste my email signature for every event invite, but it's important to get my contact info out there. Is this feature.

This is still an issue. Will it get resolved soon?

Hi, I found when I'm in the Outlook Invite, after I type my message, if you look up at the toolbar at the top there's an option that says, "My Templates." When I selected that, it enabled me to add my signature to the Template field. Now when I go in to create an invite, if I select that signature in the Template field it will insert the signature into the invite. Hope that helps.

This appears to be fixed... in the Calendar invite window, you have to go to the three dots (...) menu, click "Customize Toolbar", and then drag Signatures into the toolbar.

Thanks. For some reason, when I select the three dots (...) I don't see any option for "customize toolbar" anywhere. Not on my existing toolbar, nowhere in the invite do I see that. For now, it seems my only option is to use the My Templates option mentioned above. If you have a screenshot of the "customize toolbar" option, you selected in order to attach the signature that would be very helpful. Thanks again!

Dean's screenshot appears to (to my untrained eye) be the native Outlook for Mac so isn't really applicable for us poor suffering Windows users who are effectively running a web app in a frameless browser window.

Dean are you able to confirm whether or not it's Outlook for Mac or if it's something more like "Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2024.925.200 (Production)" when you view the version you're running?

Ahh that makes sense. Yes, I'm using Windows 11. Thanks for sharing that insight 😊
