Is the option to add a signature to a calendar invite gone?

I just updated to the newest Outlook version, and now when I create a calendar or meeting invite, there is not "insert" tab where I can select to add my signature. Am I missing something? I have spent all day trying to figure this out. I do not want to manual type or copy and paste my email signature for every event invite, but it's important to get my contact info out there. Is this feature.

It is jaw-dropping that this has not been fixed.

This is 2025, and the "New" Outlook has a MAJOR Regression due to the dire need to add a signature to a meeting invite.

    Someone, please call Bill Gates!!!!!

Hotfix, tic ... toc ... let's go Microsoft.

I need this feature back, as a recruitment professional, calendar invites with content is EXTREMELY important. This needs to be added back ASAP.

Agree, this continues to be a big challenge.

In the interim, I found a work around. If you select the 3 ... at the top and click on "My Templates" it enables you to save your email signature and then each time you create a calendar invite you can access that template and imbed the signature. It's an extra couple steps for sure but it's quicker than typing everything each time. See screenshot. Hope it's helpful!
