Hello,
my name is Igor and I have problem in new outlook app. Im using 3 emails in old app. 1 private and 2 work accounts. Everything is ok. But when i switched to new outlook i cant add second work email. There is error:
"This account is not supported in Outlook for Windows due to the license provided by your work or school. Try to login with another account or go to Outlook on the web"
Why? why it works in old but not in new version ? Its feature or bug ? I want to use app not web, and i need this email not another... I would like to use outlook but this is ridiculous and i consider move to another app...

I have exactly the same problem!
in New Outlook:
I can either add my private Email adress or my company adress. They work alone but I cant use them both together. I get the Error Message, that my Company blocks the use of private Email Adresses if I want to add one to the other.
My Company confirmed me that they do NOT block the use of private Email adresses.
Both Email Adresses are Microsoft Subscriptions. (Enterprise and Family)
in old Outlook:
I can use both adresses together and everything works perfect.
in Mail:
I can also use them both together and everything works perfect.
I have not try to set up just the company rmail which is a microsoft exchange email. But i get the same message. I am continuing to use old outlook until Microsoft has solution.
I read on this thread uninstall the new outlook. Go to the windows box on the bottom left of the screen, find the Outlook (new) app and uninstall. Worked like a charm for me. New outlook gone. My mail opens in the old outlook.
This is not an administration issue i think but an outlook one. I tried to log in with an email account that i fully control and do not have any licence blocks and i still receive this message with new outlook. So clearly a problem with the new Mircosoft Outlook.
