Hello,

my name is Igor and I have problem in new outlook app. Im using 3 emails in old app. 1 private and 2 work accounts. Everything is ok. But when i switched to new outlook i cant add second work email. There is error:

"This account is not supported in Outlook for Windows due to the license provided by your work or school. Try to login with another account or go to Outlook on the web"

Why? why it works in old but not in new version ? Its feature or bug ? I want to use app not web, and i need this email not another... I would like to use outlook but this is ridiculous and i consider move to another app...

Mailbird. I absolutely love it. One time fee, no subscriptions, it's clean and powerful. It works with all of my email accounts (yahoo, godaddy, gmail).

Would you mind telling me which new email client you moved to? I've been trying for months to get New Outlook to work with 3 of my GoDaddy Email Essentials and Email Essentials Plus accounts...even upgraded one, but no luck. New Outlook won't add them. And, yesterday, I can't get back Windows Mail, so have been using regular Outlook which is not a good choice. Thank you.

Agree. It appears as if new outlook will not allow 2 emails to set up. I will continue using old outlook until Microsoft fixes. Don’t understand why Microsoft keeps asking me to switch when they haven’t fixed this problem.

What's amazing to me is that this has been an issue for over a year now, and it still hasn't been addressed. I dumped windows mail and the "new" outlook months ago, and all my email accounts work perfectly with my new client. Email peace at last.

This is not an administration issue i think but an outlook one. I tried to log in with an email account that i fully control and do not have any licence blocks and i still receive this message with new outlook. So clearly a problem with the new Mircosoft Outlook.
