Hello,

my name is Igor and I have problem in new outlook app. Im using 3 emails in old app. 1 private and 2 work accounts. Everything is ok. But when i switched to new outlook i cant add second work email. There is error:

"This account is not supported in Outlook for Windows due to the license provided by your work or school. Try to login with another account or go to Outlook on the web"

Why? why it works in old but not in new version ? Its feature or bug ? I want to use app not web, and i need this email not another... I would like to use outlook but this is ridiculous and i consider move to another app...

Thank you. Both accounts with problems are non M365 accounts. They're both worked on the old outlook. I think my only choice is to completely abandon using outlook- what a shame.

I'm using the old outlook but I know they will phase it out. Mailbird looks good might consider it especially when they release a mobile app.

Mailbird. I absolutely love it. One time fee, no subscriptions, it's clean and powerful. It works with all of my email accounts (yahoo, godaddy, gmail).

    Hello Diane,

for first thanks for prompt reply.

Yes, affected account is from different organization. How admin can do that? Where is that option? I think admin didnt do that but if there is that option I can ask to check that.

    Thanks
