Why is the "play my emails" feature in outlook being retired in June 2024? I use it for 2 hours everyday, and it makes me much more efficient. Will it be replaced by another feature that reads my emails within Microsoft outlook?

A work around would be to read your email in a web browser, then use the web browser’s read function.

The read your emails functionality in the app was far more powerful than what can be done in a browser.
You can control what emails are red when, skip messages delete messages reply to messages… many more features that were extremely valuable.
Something that was fantastic when I was driving in the car and needed to catch up.
Very disappointing, I used this regularly in the car to get through my inbox. This was a productivity enhancement that’s being removed, makes no sense!
This is not at all a helpful replacement. I use the play my emails feature on my phone during my commute to work. I don’t have internet on my laptop in my car to use windows 11 and it’s not a suitable replacement. The beauty of the previous solution was that I could ask my phone to play my emails while in the shower and commuting to work, so I could not start my 8am meeting with 100 unread messages from overnight emails from Australia, Ukraine, China and Europe. I’m pretty sure my laptop is not capable of being in the shower…
