Why is the "play my emails" feature in outlook being retired in June 2024? I use it for 2 hours everyday, and it makes me much more efficient. Will it be replaced by another feature that reads my emails within Microsoft outlook?

My Play My Email feature stopped working and I'm having the same issue with my Authenticator.
Microsoft shut it off the last week of May for everyone.
Has Play My Emails feature already been retired or is it still working for some people? It stopped working for me from last week of May 2024. When I try to use it in my Outlook App, it says "Play My Emails isn't currently supported for this account". I have installed Outlook as part of Company Portal package. The package of Apps also has an App called Authenticator which was introduced few months ago. It seemed like it was mandatory to sign-in to Authenticator in order for Play My Emails to work and has been working last few months. From last week (of May), Authenticator would no longer sign-in. It has 3 modes of sign-in. It says Phone sign-in error, Multifactor authentication error and Two-step-verification error. I am not able to get it to sign-in. I reinstalled Company portal package but no use. With this, Play My Emails no longer work. Not sure if Authenticator sign-in error is the root cause or whether the feature is already retired. Can you please clarify?
