NEW Outlook Email Format is messing up

I am having major issues in NEW Outlook with the formatting of my emails. I will compose an email, format it properly, and send it. The receiver gets an email with weird large spacing, no spaces where needed, and bullet alignments all messed up. It does not look that way when I send it why are the emails messed up when received? I am using HTML text which has all the issues. I have tried plain text but it does not allow formatting I need like bullets etc. I need this fixed as I can not go back to desktop Outlook as it freezes and crashes all the time. HELP PLEASE!

    Immersive reader doesn't seem to be the issue on the Mac user side of things, so I am still experiencing the same issues I had addressed in my original post.

    I have searched the internet, and the images I found showing where "Immersive reader" may be on the Mac version seem to always show the Windows version, as if Microsoft doesn't realize the UI/UX are 1000% different from one another, and have totally different features. They never reference if the "ribbon" or the "View" tab are being utilized in Old Outlook or New Outlook either.

    I think we can all agree that Microsoft has just been slacking a lot on quality of their products, so long as they are making the cheese though!

    Hi,

    I've been having the same issue. This is an email app. Writing an email with proper paragraph style and spacing is basic. It's messed up on the web version also. Your point number 3. Avoid unnecessary styles, is not helpful. If you want the users to not use extra styles other than plain text, why do you made styles like bold, underline and text color available. And those are basic styles to me to form a proper email. I don't have time to keep finding ways to resolve this issue. Outlook makes me and my company looks unprofessional. I have been sending emails to clients from my Gmail instead. Works just as expected.
