NEW Outlook Email Format is messing up

I am having major issues in NEW Outlook with the formatting of my emails. I will compose an email, format it properly, and send it. The receiver gets an email with weird large spacing, no spaces where needed, and bullet alignments all messed up. It does not look that way when I send it why are the emails messed up when received? I am using HTML text which has all the issues. I have tried plain text but it does not allow formatting I need like bullets etc. I need this fixed as I can not go back to desktop Outlook as it freezes and crashes all the time. HELP PLEASE!

    Thank you for all the suggestions, they are quite a few things to test and double check to send one email. Apologies for the bluntness, but how about making Outlook to just work, isn't the expectation of a product you pay for?

    Anyone from Microsoft helping here or just ignoring it?

    Similar to them ignoring people that used Bookings and Microsoft deleted the app and didn't tell anyone....

    Hi Im having 'kind of' similar issues. I use a CRM and when I send a bulk email it looks exactly like the format I created:

    • MS Outlook Web version.
    • MS outlook on my iphone
    • Gmail.

    BUT all the formatting disappears for:

    • MS Outlook for Desktop on a PC.
    • It alwasy used to work

    I'm B2B adn work mostly with corporates, so it looks so amateur and I can't email/market/sell to them until this is fixed. So it's a BIG problem for me and affecting income.

    Yes I've updated and I'm spending hours on zoom etc with the CRM support desk (Go High Level) but no luck, so found this thread.

    Any ideas? Thanks
