I am having major issues in NEW Outlook with the formatting of my emails. I will compose an email, format it properly, and send it. The receiver gets an email with weird large spacing, no spaces where needed, and bullet alignments all messed up. It does not look that way when I send it why are the emails messed up when received? I am using HTML text which has all the issues. I have tried plain text but it does not allow formatting I need like bullets etc. I need this fixed as I can not go back to desktop Outlook as it freezes and crashes all the time. HELP PLEASE!

2025-07-14T09:32:05+00:00 I switched to new outlook 9 months back, and I immediately moved back to old outlook, as the formatting in new outlook was not working as expected. I switched to new outlook again with a hope that now all the issues with formatting would be resolved by now. it is still the same. It is not predictable, Fonts, bullets, they are acting weird. I have a long weekly agenda that I need to send, for which I rely on bullets, sub bullets etc, and I am now stuck with no option other than moving back to "Old outlook". I looked at this thread, and the immersive reader is not an issue for me, so that did not fix.
Any other inputs that anyone of you have do let us know.

I turned off immersive reader, and my emails still look terrible. Hoping this can solve my problem but I can't find the Zoom Icon.

2025-05-25T07:14:57+00:00 Just copy and paste your signature as it is in Microsoft word and replace your current signature in Outlook with the copied text from Word. It works !
