NEW Outlook Email Format is messing up

I am having major issues in NEW Outlook with the formatting of my emails. I will compose an email, format it properly, and send it. The receiver gets an email with weird large spacing, no spaces where needed, and bullet alignments all messed up. It does not look that way when I send it why are the emails messed up when received? I am using HTML text which has all the issues. I have tried plain text but it does not allow formatting I need like bullets etc. I need this fixed as I can not go back to desktop Outlook as it freezes and crashes all the time. HELP PLEASE!

    What is the Status on this? Major issues with New Outlook which I cannot believe have not been addressed. Control C copy and Paste rarely works. When copying formatted text (Colors, Highlights, etc.) and pasting in same window or anywhere else, none of the formatting is copied over. Colors /highlights are lost and default to black type. Paintbrush doesn't stay on when double clicking...works once only... and doesn't copy colors / highlights. Formatting on the receiving end is lost.

    Despite settings, options for always showing CC/BCC randomly disappear / don't work. Signatures randomly don't work,

    The main benefit of the new Outlook is the easy coordination of multiple email accounts. Also, the new outlook (Desktop application) is demanding tons of memory and I keep getting messages from my computer. I have tons of extra memory, storage etc.... and it's frequently sending me error messages Outlook is consuming too much memory and should be restarted.

    Most of these were issues are for long-time, basic functions of Outlook. When is a solution / update being implemented?

    Its looking like our only reluctant option is to use another Client ? Most are very slowww .

    Is MS shoehorning us all toward the 'new' interface ? I will try the same process in that and see what shakes.

    I can't understand what the problem is. I experience LARGE text in some parts of the email but not every time and not the same place. And by large I mean huge (100px...) I run a new Graphic Design business and trying to sell good looking typography to my clients. This is embarrassing!

    I have done a few things to try to avoid it, like: even numbered sized text (?!), standard fonts and removing all formatting

    Genius! Solved it for me too.

    What is the "Immersive Reader"? What benefits [if any] does it bring me? Did I really feel I needed it before it was forced on me? Or is it just more and more complex IT looking for a use?
