Is there a way to pin/lock the Favorites to the top of the folder bar?

I have hundreds of email folders and when I scroll down, the pinned Favorites scrolls up and is not visible. This causes me to have to scroll all the way back up to get to my inbox. Previously it stayed in place & I could click the inbox. Thank you

Following, as I too would like to know if the scrolling issues, leaving the favorites in place, will be addressed, and fixed

I also would like the Favorites folder to be locked to the top of the side bar!

Add my name to the list of people annoyed by this problem. It's a serious flaw for those of us who use lots of folders. Seems ridiculous that it wasn't caught before launch and even crazier that 5 months later there's no sign of a solution coming anytime soon.

I just (finally) switched over to New Outlook last week, but I am fed up with this shortcoming (and a few others) and switching back to old Outlook.

I'm the same. The fact that one can't pin the "Favorites" at the top while scrolling, like the old Outlook, is ridiculous! It's like they've made it less functional and less appealing. Microsoft is taking backward steps with this move. I may end up going back to old Outlook until the Microsoft engineers solve this major issue.

I decided to give the new outlook another trial and had to revert back to the old after 1 hour because of this and other issues!

Is this issue going to be addressed? 6 Months have now passed since this original request.

I'm sure there are many users frustrated with this omission!

Outlook team need to polish this new version and solve such basic requests asap if they ever want users to change over...
