Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
The new Outlook desktop version IS the problem. No locking favorites tab, no email in quicksteps. Bad design.

I have hundreds of email folders and when I scroll down, the pinned Favorites scrolls up and is not visible. This causes me to have to scroll all the way back up to get to my inbox. Previously it stayed in place & I could click the inbox. Thank you

Judging by the fact that my updated Outlook still will not let me pin the Favorites, can I assume this longstanding defect has not been corrected? If it has, what is the fix?
YAY there is a fix........NOT. These clowns dont care.
The software is written by children not business people.
Every "FIX" they create just makes MS worse.
ABSOLUTE BS
Any update? We are now two months past the scheduled roll-out date of December 2024.
None yet, but MS isn't reading here nor is it caring about its customers. So let it go, Outlook will be lost if the new one becomes mandatory without a fix regarding the favorites section.
