Is there a way to pin/lock the Favorites to the top of the folder bar?

I have hundreds of email folders and when I scroll down, the pinned Favorites scrolls up and is not visible. This causes me to have to scroll all the way back up to get to my inbox. Previously it stayed in place & I could click the inbox. Thank you

    It's absurd that this was identified more than a year ago, and the issue hasn't been resolved.

    I was told recently that we will have to make the switch to New Outlook in the next few weeks.

    For now, if you want this feature, you'll have to use the option for Classic Outlook. The Favorites/lock section is still there.

    You see that's the issue.

    Classic outlook does not exist on new machines.

    I converted to apple and there is NO option for classic outlook only Legacy outlook.

    If you can suggest ways that I can download or upload Classic outlook then I will happily do this.

    To date I haven't been able to find a way to do this.

    Classic outlook is a program whereas the new outlook, including legacy, is an app.

    MS dont want you storing outlook on your computer anymore because they can't turn it off if you dont pay.

    The app is a security feature written for kids by kids. It is massively frustrating.

    Well, I don't know how, but I have a button in Outlook on my brand-new Dell XPS-16 (migrating all my data to now) that allows me to switch back to "Classic" look. I'm a new subscriber to Office 365 and there is a button on the upper-right of the Outlook app that reads, "New Outlook." When I click it, it reverts back to old look. There may be a way to get that button to show up, don't get me started about MS hiding settings. Right now, I am trying to defeat the OneDrive settings and make it back-up only, saving all files locally. In Settings/Storage/Advanced storage settings/Where new content is saved, I have it all set correct. OneDrive still uses cloud as primary. Whenever anyone trashes MS, I never disagree.

    Hey MF

    I am totally with you. Just a little frustrated at what appears to be an oversight on the part of MS.

    As I said I using apple and this may have a bit to do with the difficulties we are facing.

    All I can hope for is someone brighter than myself will help me with an answer.
