Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

I have hundreds of email folders and when I scroll down, the pinned Favorites scrolls up and is not visible. This causes me to have to scroll all the way back up to get to my inbox. Previously it stayed in place & I could click the inbox. Thank you

Same here, and I see the original post was from December 2023. Nearly 5 months later and still not fixed :(
I am 100% for getting this fixed. It is one reason that I have not gone to the new Outlook on my work computer. I have way too many folders placed and organized in a fashion that allows me quick access to older items, but to have to scroll back up to find favorites is not user friendly whatsoever.
Please quickly resolve this issue.
Hi there,
Same issue over here.
Is Microsoft actually doing something about this?
Seems like it would be a simple fix and with so many dissatisfied users, surely this is something Microsoft will prioritise.
Please bring back the feature of fixing/pinning the favourites so when you scroll, it does not move.
Regards, Carmel
I also have the same request. Having to keep scrolling back up to the top to see my Favorites in the New Outlook is cumbersome at best. Would like to be able to pin these to the top as we were able to in the old version.
