WHERE is spell check in new outlook?

These steps do not work at all. Email that is sent out does not check spelling as in old Outlook. Please suggest real solution.
Where is the damn spellcheck language option in Outlook (new)?
Left click mouse works for me
I don't have these options under privacy so no go for me Super frustrated. Interestingly enough this text box has spell checker :))
