@Emma DQZ how does lift click help me to spell check another language?

In so far as you refer to my question, you misunderstood. Your solution only works for the language chosen for outlook. If you write an email in another language than your default language, I do not see how to spell check it in the new outlook.

Found it: under editor you can set a second (and third) language for the spell checker. Just just have to do it for every mailbox separately, that is why it did not work for me.

I couldnt get what you suggested to work in new outllok.

Its easier just to remember this for the future as it works in the email composition stage:

For NEW outlook,

LEFT click on the misspelt word >>> spell check

Right click >>>> emoji, paste options

For Old outlook,

Right click on the misspelt word >>> spell check

I don't have a fix but for us, you literally need to pop out to email composition or reply into it's own window with a little button and then abc check starts working when you right click a word spelled incorrectly. We use the GCC version of office.
