Emails stuck in my draft folder

Hello
I have emails that appear and disappear in my draft folder but aren't appearing in 'sent.' It's hugely worrying and has happened twice now. They don't have large attachments but there is one recipient in common - could it be something to do with their email address?

2024-08-15T16:44:44+00:00 The problem with this answer is that every time Miscrosoft reps tell us where to check configuration or settings you keep giving us OLD OUTLOOK instructions.
WHERE ARE THE NEW VERSION OF OUTLOOK INSTRUCTIONS. Talk about frustrating, because NOTHING is where you say it is.

2024-08-30T00:57:21+00:00 Any sign of this being fixed. Microsoft has thousands of unhappy email customers. This has cost me significant money due to emails not being sent when they sit in drafts. My gosh what a joke.

2024-08-30T18:05:25+00:00 Multiple users are starting to experience the same issue. Following for when there is a response from Microsoft. Currently pointing them to use the browser version as a work around to see if that helps.
