Emails stuck in my draft folder

Do I need to open a ticket for myself? how do I open a ticket? Can you please share the link?

I have emails that appear and disappear in my draft folder but aren't appearing in 'sent.' It's hugely worrying and has happened twice now. They don't have large attachments but there is one recipient in common - could it be something to do with their email address?

Workaround create a new mail or reply to specific mail again, copy and paste the content from draft mail and copy and paste the attachment files and send again. It will go immediately. Delete the draft mail stored.

I open them and hit send and follow through. Many of my stuck emails are for the university where I work. I find that if I email from the open documents, they don't show in my sent folder. If I email from an open document, I add myself as a blind copy.

You can try to resend, it won't work, once it choose to not send it only send from the webbrowser.

Each day you need to go to the webmail to send the drafts that got stuck in the new outlook. You don't need to change anything, most mails are already send, I have 3 per day that keep stuck.

It's not something Microsoft gonna solve quickly, the solution is Outlook online.

Yeah, I thought of that. Problem is, it happens when I use Outlook for the Web, too.
