Hello
I have emails that appear and disappear in my draft folder but aren't appearing in 'sent.' It's hugely worrying and has happened twice now. They don't have large attachments but there is one recipient in common - could it be something to do with their email address?

beyond frustrating isn't it! I have reverted back to the old Outlook and they now send every time, however one of my fave features of pinning emails to top has gone... Win some, you lose some I guess!
Agreed, it seem to help if I don't touch my computer when "sending" is still visible. Tonight I sent 6 emails and then checked my sent file, four had sent, two ended up in drafts. I resent both in draft, one went, the other is still there after sending several times. Microsoft has to know this is a problem, but they don't seem to acknowledge it nor fit it. Grrrrrrrrr
I have the same problem for at least a month now on my M365. Not consistent. Messages resend perfectly from webmail every time. Happening on Outlook Macos but also experienced it on my Win11 desktop. No other error emails or bounced messages.
I'm not sure how it is that a year has gone by and people are still having this problem, but add me to the list.
It's mind-blowing how half-baked New Outlook (which isn't REMOTELY new anymore) is.
I have been having this issue for over 12 months and I am going insane! People having to follow me up because my emails aren't sending and they sit in drafts. I barely have time email once let alone try 15 times and then end up having to log into Gmail to send it anyway!!!! Beyond frustrated
