Hello
I have emails that appear and disappear in my draft folder but aren't appearing in 'sent.' It's hugely worrying and has happened twice now. They don't have large attachments but there is one recipient in common - could it be something to do with their email address?

I'm not sure how it is that a year has gone by and people are still having this problem, but add me to the list.
It's mind-blowing how half-baked New Outlook (which isn't REMOTELY new anymore) is.
I believe I’ve found a solution. I think it works if you delete the email address and re-enter it. I know this is a dumb workaround, but better than the infinite loop I was in.
FYI: I figured this out b/c I'm using outlook on my gmail account. When I went to the draft folder on the gmail website, I saw that my to: feel was occasionally empty. That made me think that outlook isn't seeing the content in the to: field correctly.
They are referring to the system settings - not outlook settings. Regardless, I tried this and it did not solve the issue.
I don't think it's a browser vs. desktop issue. I use the Web version all the time ... almost exclusively, in fact. And that's where the problem has repeatedly surfaced.
Any sign of this being fixed. Microsoft has thousands of unhappy email customers. This has cost me significant money due to emails not being sent when they sit in drafts. My gosh what a joke.
