Emails stuck in my draft folder

I open them and hit send and follow through. Many of my stuck emails are for the university where I work. I find that if I email from the open documents, they don't show in my sent folder. If I email from an open document, I add myself as a blind copy.

I have emails that appear and disappear in my draft folder but aren't appearing in 'sent.' It's hugely worrying and has happened twice now. They don't have large attachments but there is one recipient in common - could it be something to do with their email address?

Workaround create a new mail or reply to specific mail again, copy and paste the content from draft mail and copy and paste the attachment files and send again. It will go immediately. Delete the draft mail stored.

Do I need to open a ticket for myself? how do I open a ticket? Can you please share the link?

I have the same issue but it seems that this has been ongoing since the introduction of New Outlook - is Microsoft just ignoring the issue?

I find that some outgoing emails go smoothly but some get STUCK in Draft (even if they appear in the SENT folder). I'm experiencing MANY issues with NEW Outlook. I was forced to use it due to a hacker and needed to purchase a new computer. I'm using Windows 11.

My Internet is fine...
