Hello
I have emails that appear and disappear in my draft folder but aren't appearing in 'sent.' It's hugely worrying and has happened twice now. They don't have large attachments but there is one recipient in common - could it be something to do with their email address?

This problem has persisted and been reported to Microsoft for some time but Microsoft doesn't seem to care. In addition to all the problems reported here the search function in emails doesnt work either.
I am finding this also happens in the web version of Outlook 365, which leaves me wondering if it's a server-side issue.
I'm experiencing the same. It's been months since this issue was raised, and still no solution. Sigh...
Windows 10/Classic Outlook: Same problem. Have tried multiple "fixes" to no avail. Unbelievable really, that Outlook, an email program used by millions for both personal and business, can no longer consistently do something as simple as--um, send an email...
This is a persistent problem since May of 2023 and it is ridiculous that no one from Microsoft cares.
There are potentially thousands of users experiencing the same issue and just giving up on Outlook...
