Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Go into 'Folder Pane' menu item and select 'Sort Folders'. It allows you to sort A-Z.
My subfolders in the new outlook seem to be sorted by date of change/creation. How can I sort them in alphabetical order?

2025-02-26T21:27:36+00:00 My Sub-Folders have also randomly gone from Alphabetical to I don't really know. They are all messed up. According to your response above, I should be able to choose "Sort Subfolders A-Z". This option does not come up. Nowhere when I click on my Inbox containing all the subfolders does it give me an option to sort. Why? What has happened?

2025-02-26T21:41:33+00:00 Hi! I just figured this out right now and wanted to share it with all of you as I was frustrated to say the least. Open your Outlook and at the top click on View next to Home. Once that opens there is an option called Folder pane. When you click on that it will give you a list, click on Sort Folders then click Order folders A to Z.
