Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
The only way I've found to sort alphabetically is to close New Outlook, open Old Outlook, use the right-click > Sort function, then re-open New Outlook.

My subfolders in the new outlook seem to be sorted by date of change/creation. How can I sort them in alphabetical order?

Even this isn't working for me. Very poor show, Microsoft
I have done this and there's no option to "Sort Subfolders A-Z"
Has anyone else had this issue?
Thank you,
Yes, my wife is experiencing it right now. Hey Microsoft - provide an update Please!
I accidentally found a solution. Select the folder with subfolders you want to sort alphabetically, choose 'open in new window', and close the old window. In the new window the subfolders are sorted alphabetically all of a sudden.
But indeed, a **** answer from Microsoft (do they know their own software??). Hope this helps you!
