    As of 5/23/25 it still doesn't allow us to sort *angry face." You have to drag them yourself.

    Try it twice. First time it didn't work for me either, but I tried again and took my time and it worked. Silly Microsoft didn't include the sort feature in new outlook. Hopefully they will fix this.

    I also have that same issue. i looked to try your solution, but that option when right clicking does not appear. A few weeks ago it was automatically putting the subfolders in alphabetical order but now it does not. Bottom line, that option does not appear for me in Outlook.
