    There is no such option.

Can I have a real answer from someone who has actually used Outlook (New) please?

The option is not obvious in the New Outlook.

    1. Navigate to View > Folder Pane and select the dropdown selection.
    2. Then select the Sort Folder option.
    3. Make your selection as desired.

    a. The default option is to sort by Custom folder order (Date created).

    b. The alternative sort order is Order folders A to Z for alphabetical sorting.
