My subfolders in the new outlook seem to be sorted by date of change/creation. How can I sort them in alphabetical order?

    Hi! I just figured this out right now and wanted to share it with all of you as I was frustrated to say the least. Open your Outlook and at the top click on View next to Home. Once that opens there is an option called Folder pane. When you click on that it will give you a list, click on Sort Folders then click Order folders A to Z.

    I don't have a "Sort Subfolders Z-A" to select.

    I was having the same issue! The below process worked for me:

    Click on View (next to Home in top banner)

    Click on Folder Pane

    Click on Sort Folders

    Click on Order folders A to Z
