    The sort A-Z subfolders does not come up in the new outlook

    This does not work in the new outlook - there is no option for sorting the folder order when one right clicks a parent folder. Frustrating!

    It's just a workaround, but if you close Outlook app and re-open, it sorts them A-Z automatically.

    Also, to order them how I want, I have to put letters in front of the folder name ( numbers only work if 0-9, then all the decimals are added first if you have more than 10 folders)

    MSFT you should look into this usability feature!!

    Hi, I found a random work around ( that works sometimes) If you take the folder that you want to move, and then put it in a sub folder (doesn't matter which one). Then the folder you just moved into a subfolder take it and move to inbox. Then it should be alphabetical. You may have to try a couple of times to make it work. Not the best way, but it worked for me a couple of times.
