My Sub-Folders have also randomly gone from Alphabetical to I don't really know. They are all messed up. According to your response above, I should be able to choose "Sort Subfolders A-Z". This option does not come up. Nowhere when I click on my Inbox containing all the subfolders does it give me an option to sort. Why? What has happened?

Go into 'Folder Pane' menu item and select 'Sort Folders'. It allows you to sort A-Z.

This is a good example of a great function in the older version of outlook the ability to sort my subfolders to sort in the order of my choice, that is now NO LONGER an option... It would be nice when Microsoft rolls out the so called Improved Options - that you don't take away functionality that continues to give the user more control of what they want to see in their outlook... you always say you are looking to improve the user experience.... but seems like that is not always the case... ;o(
