My subfolders in the new outlook seem to be sorted by date of change/creation. How can I sort them in alphabetical order?

Please see the following solution: Change the order of folders in the Folder Pane in Outlook - Microsoft Support
This works for me.
That's insane. Thanks for posting this. I really, really, really dislike the latest version of Outlook. So many old features are either gone or work very strangely, like this.
Thank you for this! The folder pane really should update automatically when folders are added or renamed. At least give us the option to refresh or manually sort our folders.
Edit: I just found another post on this issue. Apparently, they're planning to rollout manual sorting starting in August for the Preview version and September for the stable/public version.
How do i make it go back to "date added" everything is A-z now and not in the format i want since my newer clients files are mixed in abc order. can i revert?
