Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I don't have a "Sort Subfolders Z-A" to select.
My subfolders in the new outlook seem to be sorted by date of change/creation. How can I sort them in alphabetical order?

2025-02-26T21:27:36+00:00 My Sub-Folders have also randomly gone from Alphabetical to I don't really know. They are all messed up. According to your response above, I should be able to choose "Sort Subfolders A-Z". This option does not come up. Nowhere when I click on my Inbox containing all the subfolders does it give me an option to sort. Why? What has happened?
