Starting a couple of days ago, I am unable to send emails to Yahoo accounts from my Outlook email. Here is the error message I receive:
Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, a connection to the remote server was closed abruptly.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that your email system is unable to connecto their email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.
For Email Admins
This often indicates the recipient's firewall SMTP fixup setting or other firewall settings are preventing the SMTP protocol negotiation from succeeding.

Even after updating DKIM DMARC and SPF its failing then

Current status:
We discovered that a recent change intended to resolve another ongoing issue was enabled and introduced unbalanced network traffic to the affected infrastructure, leading to impact. To resolve the issue, we've disabled this change and are monitoring the infrastructure to confirm it remediates impact.
Scope of impact:
Some users who are serviced through the affected infrastructure and are sending email messages through any Exchange Online connection methods may be impacted.

I also have this issue. My email is a personal one that I have used for around 10 years.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to follow your instructions as I am not an IT technician.
Is there anything you can do at your end ?
Can you get to your admin site on Microsoft 365?
I am having the same issue. All yahoo accounts are not deliverable.
