Hi Vicky Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community. I will be happy to help. I am a user just like you and only trying to advice/ assist in a best possible way I could resolve your issue.

I understand how alarming it is to have your Outlook calendar events, appointments, and notes disappear, especially when they're crucial weekly and monthly updates. I apologies that you are facing this issue, don't worry, we can work together to find the missing data and hopefully restore it. Here are some steps we can take:

    1. Check for Visibility Settings:

Filter applied: Ensure no filters are applied that might be hiding your events. Clear any active filters and check if the content reappears. View settings: In your calendar view settings, confirm you're not hiding specific categories or calendars that might contain the missing data. 2. Search:

Search your calendar: Use the Outlook search bar to search for specific keywords or event titles from your lost data. Expand the search scope to all folders if needed. 3. Recover Deleted Items:

Deleted Items folder: Check the "Deleted Items" folder within your Outlook calendar. If your missing data is there, right-click and choose "Restore" to bring it back. Recoverable Items folder: If the data isn't in the Deleted Items folder, try the "Recoverable Items" folder. This hidden folder stores recently deleted items. Access it by: Go to the email folder list in Outlook. Select "Deleted Items." On the "Folder" tab, choose "Recover Deleted Items." Select the missing items and click "Restore Selected Items." 4. Check Sync Issues:

Out-of-sync calendar: If your calendar is synced with other devices or accounts, ensure all sync processes are complete and no errors are present. Try manually triggering a sync. 5. Data File Corruption:

Repair Outlook data file: Use the built-in repair tool for your Outlook data file (PST or OST) to fix potential corruption that might be causing the data loss.

Hope this helps and answer your question. Help the next person who has this issue by indicating if this reply solved your problem. Click Yes or No below. Kind Regards -Adedayo

Dear Vicky Thank you for the prompt response.

Do you see any specific error messages or do you encounter any that can help identify the issue more precisely. Check again that you are on the real account where the calendar is expected to be.

I will wait your response on this so as to give provide a tailored solutions for you. Meanwhile, you could try these further troubleshooting steps.

Basic Checks: Start by refreshing the Outlook calendar. Sometimes a simple refresh can resolve temporary glitches. Close and reopen Outlook to see if the data reappears. A fresh computer restart can resolve various software issues.
