Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I honestly don't get it. I pay for so many products at Microsoft, and I consider Outlook Bought and Paid for, for as long as I have my subscriptions. I have multiple Business Standard licenses as well as a Home Premium, but somehow a paid for Exchange License doesn't work in the new Outlook. Makes no sense.
This. I have multiple business premium accounts, and the one support account I use to track alerts can't be added to my outlook b/c its an exchange plan 2? That's insane. So I am forced to use the old outlook, and I can utilize the new Copilot features. Microsoft needs to fix this nonsense.
If you have a licensed outlook, you should be able to add any licensed email to it.
