New Outlook vs. Outlook in Microsoft 365

Friends.

Can anyone tell me when to use the Outlook in Microsoft 365 and when to use the new Outlook desktop app.

I have both installed on my computers - which I suppose is unnecessary. But I don't understand the difference?

Appreciate if someone can explain this!

    Thanks for trying- but I just paid a geek for 3 hours and he was not able to resolve. Said there is a. Microsoft issue. I really regret purchasing MS 365

    I’m seriously considering getting an iMac and getting as far away from Microsoft as I can

    If you are trying to sync iCloud calendar and contacts, use the iCloud addin in classic outlook. Or, if the iCloud address is an apple domain (me, iCloud, mac domains) they will sync with new outlook.

    As for geek squad, they know little to nothing about outlook… I often have to fix what they break.

    That what I should do cancel my suscripción too. There is no way or good answer . That’s where my money goes for nothing ..

    You can't print multiple weeks in one printout - will need to print twice to cover 2 weeks.

    Select the first date you want then click print and choose the period.
