How do I enable copy and paste in the new outlook?

I am not able to directly copy any documents from Explorer and then go to the email that I am working on to paste onto the emial. Before with the Old Outlook I was able to to do this easily but the New Outlook requires me to go to the "paper clip" Icon above then search thru the Explorer to find the file then the specific documents(which couple be hundred documents); this process takes sometime 5 miniuets to find the exact document to copy and paste. I need to do it the Old Outlook ways or "Classic" format so that I can do just the cut and paste as mentioned earlier of this email. Pleas advise ASAP thanks.

If you go to that location in file explorer, you should see your .pst files. If they are not there. Then yes, those error messages should appear. Did you delete them by accident? Can you, check your trash can and see if they are there?

    Chuck,

New Outlook does not have Offline Mode yet so you will need to be connected to the internet to read the emails.

Since you have M365 it might be best to get Classic Outlook working to use for offline needs. The errors you are getting about PST not found I think has to do with Classic Outlook trying to open but there is no profile.

To create a new Classic Outlook profile do the following:

    1. Right click the Windows Start button, click Run, and then put this command and click OK: outlook.exe /profiles
    2. Click Options, New, name the profile and proceed to add an account
